International Students
International students, who do not currently have a degree from U.S. institution, must first complete Preliminary Evaluation Process (PEP) before filling out an application for admission. This process is a series of web pages designed to provide prospective applicants with important admission information and requirements especially for international applicants. Once the PEP is complete, you may begin the On-Line Application Process. If you have difficulty to submit your application on-line, you may get a printed copy here. After you complete the on-line application, you will be directed to an on-line version of the Statement of Financial Ability, should you decide to apply for financial assistance at the same time.
U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Graduates from U.S. Colleges and Universities
Since the implementation of this on-line application, the department is no longer sending out any application packages by email requests.
You are encouraged to apply on-line for admission to the Graduate School. Information about graduate school application process and the on-line application is at On-Line Graduate School Application if your browser is either Netscape 4 or later, or Internet Explorer 4 or later.
An application for financial assistance is downloadable from the Graduate School Fellowship and Assistanceship Division.
