Shock-bubble interaction

The above movie shows a simulation of a shock hitting a region of low density gas. The blue color represents a region of low gas density, and the red shades are higher density regions. This particular simluation was done in ChomboClaw on a single 640x160 grid. The visualization is done in Matlab.
