Shock-bubble interaction

A simulation of a shock-bubble interaction. For
this simulation, the
grid has been distorted in three circular regions
to illustrate how ChomboClaw handles mapped grids.
The upper half of the grid was computed on the mapped grid, using
four levels of refinement. The lower half was computed on a single
Cartesian grid, at the resolution of the finest level on the upper
computation. The plot shows that our algorithms are fairly
insensitive to the underlying grid.
