Piecewise constant medium with a single interface as specified in setaux.f
  with parameters in setprob.data

Three different sets of initial conditions are specified in qinit.f
  and chosen in setprob.data

Note the reflection and transmission at the interface


To plot a comparison of fine and coarse grid solutions,
first run code in subdirectory qref, then in main directory.
Use claw/matlab/compare1.m to plot both together and compute error based on 
finer grid solution in qref:

 make
 cd qref
 ../xclaw
 cd ..
 xclaw
 matlab
