Euler equations with hump initial data to test accuracy.


To plot a comparison of fine and coarse grid solutions,
first run code in subdirectory qref, then in main directory.
Use claw/matlab/compare1.m to plot both together and compute error based on 
finer grid solution in qref:

 make
 cd qref
 ../xclaw
 cd ..
 xclaw
 matlab
 >> compare1
